The villas in my experience are all very similar, so I would base it on cost and distance o parks.

We stayed in Kissimee, which is about 20 min car journey to the parks. Lots of places around to eat in, and supermarkets etc. Lots of villas are based there!

Have been in the past and stayed in villas - really lovely to have your own pool! Have been as a family with 3 kids under 8/12/15 when I was young, and went a couple of years ago with my parents, 2 sisters and DS who was 4&1/2 at the time. We've stayed at Indian Creek (might be Indian Pointe!) and a couple of others - all were really really lovely. In Kissimee which is great for parks, IHOPs etc quite close!

Just got back today from Sunset lakes which has a wide choice of villa's (the site is half private owners who live there year round and half rental) It was 10 minutes from the parks with a great pool looking out across a lake. i would thoroughly recommend it. do try and negotiate deals - many villas were empty so we did this. do also buy the book beyond disney and disney with kids which was absolutely invaluable in helping us to beat the queues. don't underestimate these - 140 mins for the Peter Pan ride yesterday!! Please PM me for further details.

How about this villa : www.ownersdirect.co.uk/usa/F1895.htm
Its literally 5 mins drive to World Drive and about 20 mins to Seaworld, Universal etc. private pool and games room for kids.

Also, have a look at www.loyaltyusa.com They are owned and managed by an English lady who only manages luxury properties within 4 miles of Disney
