Expensive and utterly crap. We were shown into a long, thin curtained area, where we sat on chairs and were invited to make train noises to travel to see Santa. We then saw a short 3D film, which was the best bit, then saw a Santa who frankly didn't seem at all interested in the children before buying an over priced photo. We got a cheap and nasty present but it wasn't wrapped and we had to rummage in big plastic buckets to find something suitable. I got my tickets on Groupon and still feel I was ripped off. I wrote on their FB page, as did many others until they deleted the comments and disabled further comments.
