Flying to Australia and adjusting baby to time difference

I'm travelling to Australia with my 4 month old. He's currently in a great routine and sleeps from 7pm - 7 am (waking him for dream feed). I'm really worried that the 11 hour time difference will completely throw things and that we will have just adjusted when it's time to come home! Any tips on making the time difference and impact on routine as painless as possible?

If it's not too late... We're just back from NZ. DD seemed to have less trouble going out there than coming home. We've just tried to get back to normal routine asap and it seems to hav worked pretty well. Both directions we have been on normal bedtime after 3 nights. Stick in an extra nap if necessary. Get A's much daylight as poss - is that why she's finding return home harder I wonder! In NZ she was awake for about an hour at 1am three nights in a row, coming home night wakings taking longer to fix, but overall I'm pretty impressed. There's good advice on a website lucylovesoz or some similar name. Good luck!!
