Has anyone been to this park with Canvas Holidays? Would like to know what it is really like.

oh dear seems I have booked a resort no-one goes to. Not a good sign!

Do a search, or try the Camping threads. Loads of people have been here, including me!

I was only there for 3 nights, but enjoyed it. The pools are good, tour operator kids clubs well-organised (we were with Keycamp), lots of other activities and sports. Pitches seemed to be quite spacious and well-laid out. Didn't try the bar or restaurant, so can't speak for them. Lots of Brits.

We have stayed there a couple of times. My PiL have stayed there a couple of times. All have enjoyed it very much.

We've been 5/6 times and at least 4 of those were with children. And always travelled with Canvas!

What it's really like? Fab. Campsite clean and well laid out. Pitches large and safe for children to play in as quite enclosed by hedges (but not too much that you don't get sunlight). Swimming pool complex great, esp the very large children's pool. Shop and bakery on site not that great, we proffered to use the ones in the village, which if you are situated at the furthest end of the campsite, isn't that much further to go to get the bread in the morning. Lovely little playparks dotted around. Bike hire reasonable and selection on bikes too.
We have now tired of the area though and didn't feel like there are that many nice restaurants to go to. Usually there is at least 2 that most visitors recommend and we've never found that. (Although if you do go, the restaurant on the right side of the lake in Pierrefronds as you look at it is lovely)

Been three or four times, mostly with canvas, we love it. DS is 18 and wants to go back for hs first teen only holiday, we all love it.
