Hi, We are going to arrange a big family get together for my MIL's 60th birthday next year. We are thinking of staying overnight in a hotel and having dinner in the restaurant at a big table. There will be 14 adults and 3 kids. Can anyone recommend a lovely hotel with a nice restaurant with baby listening facilities in the room etc? Something with a bit of character not a business hotel. It also needs to be in the northern half of England as people will be travelling from Manchester, the Lake District, York & Edinburgh.
