Apartment NYC 4-6 weeks?

Does anyone know the best way to go about finding a decent apartment/suite (not sure what a suite is actually...!) in NYC for about a month?
Any suggestions/recommendations welcome

Atlas Apartments, DH used these a few years ago, he had to stay for three weeks, seviced short term apartments

thanks carocaro - they look gorgeous.... maybe a bit too gorgeous and therfore beyond our budget. Not that we've got a budget , we're still at the research stage.Looking for somewhere that's nice and bedbug free but it doesn't have to be stunning. We are humble folk :)

We stayed recently at the Staybridge Suites near Times Square - it had a small kitchen including Fridge/ Freezer, dishwasher, Microwave and hobs (can't remember if it had an oven). Breakfast was also included! It suited us perfectly and was well placed to walk most places or near transport

Oh just remembered free wifi and free laundrette which was a bonus as it
Meant I didn't bring home any washing!!! :-)

Yes H, it was years ago, those were the days of DH's lovely job with perks, not anymore!!!!
