Changing holiday money in Spain

Does anyone out there know whether it is better to take pounds sterling to Spain and change them for Euros out there? Or would it not really make any difference if I just buy my Euros here at the post office? Thanks...

For any European destination I always take Euros with me - and get them at the post office. I don't think you'd get a better deal in the country and it saves all the hassle when you arrive.

there are plenty of cash points that you can use in Spain.... no need to change any money...hence much better rate

i always use cashpoints but have no idea on the rate. So easy though!
