Berlin,what are your must see/do

After balking at the price of the school trip .I have price it up and is cheaper for me to take ds2 to berlin.For 6 nights .than the cost of school just for
ds2.Will also be good to ave some with him as growing up so fast .

We want to do mostlytourist stuff as will be tied in with his gcse history and Rs work.
Also planning trip to Krakowfor Auschwitz
So any tips or hints please

Go up to the top of the new Norman Foster dome on the Reichstag - its amazing.

Second the walking tour - best way to see Berlin. It is a fab city!

thank you ,walking tour sounds good but ds2 can walk I shall wheel ( am wheelchair user)

I'm taking the dcs next month, I haven't even thought about it yet.

Maybe I should mention I am bit of a planner,we are not going to Feb next year but part of that is so i can allow time to sort out what is possible and accessible with my wheelchair
