Berlin,what are your must see/do

After balking at the price of the school trip .I have price it up and is cheaper for me to take ds2 to berlin.For 6 nights .than the cost of school just for
ds2.Will also be good to ave some with him as growing up so fast .

We want to do mostlytourist stuff as will be tied in with his gcse history and Rs work.
Also planning trip to Krakowfor Auschwitz
So any tips or hints please

Maybe I should mention I am bit of a planner,we are not going to Feb next year Blush but part of that is so i can allow time to sort out what is possible and accessible with my wheelchair
