Hi, was wondering if anyone out there can advise on this insurance. We pay the monthly fee and apparently have travel insurance. We go on holiday on Sunday and we're not sure what we do about this cover. Plus the call centre is closed. Does anyone know - do we register the insurance online? How do we get a policy number? What do we show if we need to use the travel insurance ? Sorry, we've left it quite late but we just assumed the cover kicked in until now - now we are a bit concerned that we've not been properly covered.
