We're going to Granada next week to visit family, there'll be a swimming pool and trips to the beach. Can I take him into the sea? I worry I'd drop him... Grin also, do you have any tips?

Have a google search for slings you can wear in water - I'm sure I've seen some in the past, just can't remember where. No reason you can't take him for a dip though.

Maybe worth looking for a lightweight sun shelter for the beach too, with UV protection, as he could burn quickly, even with cream on.

Granada's lovely, have fun!

Get a rash top and hat. DD spent her baby years in Oman and we went to the beach daily. UV protection was vital and I found that a long sleeved one worked really well.

Take a big bottle of water with a sports cap on. Ideal for flushing sand out of mouth / eyes / crevices.

No I might have to use that idea at the playpark Grumpla, DS2 is forever face-planting into the sandpit.

yy to the sun shelter - I fed DS in one and he slept in there too :)
