Villa in Italy for next summer

We are not having a beach holiday this year, so am already planning/dreaming about next summer!

We are thinking of going to Italy with another family, so would be looking for a reasonably priced villa with 4 bedrooms somewhere in Italy. Preferably within an hours drive of a nice sandy beach (not hundreds of steps to get to it) and within 2 hours drive of an airport.

All suggestions welcome :)

Can't help you with exact advice but when we went to Italy a few years ago we hired a villa through[http://www.citalia.com/collections/villas;jsessionid=70F34992F95B8BCD996CB08E2BA2633D Citalia]. I seem to remember they were very helpful on the phone.

We had a lovely time her www.casamontecatini.com/index.html.
We arrived at the Pisa Airport with Ryanair, and the sea is only 45 min

We stayed here in Tuscany several years ago.

Also went with another family - 9 of us in total and more than enough room.

It has an above ground pool and large gardens for children to run around in and was near perfect.

Think it fits all your criteria listed above.

Try Le Marche region (adriatic side), we stayed here, very rural with views to die for. About 45 mins to beach, Ancona airport 90km.
