Like Simply Travel was 10 years ago !!!

Can anyone recommend a travel company that do "all in" Villa holidays - flights, villa and car hire. We always use Simply Travel, but since it's been part of Thomsons (I think) it isn't as good, just not the same quality as it was 10+ years ago when it was a privately owned company. Thanks

well, guess it's cheaper to diy yr holiday - at least flight and car then get villa thro company.. we did this several years ago with Mallorcan Farmhouse Holidays - they're not cheap esp if you book whole package with them but good quality, or they were then.

We used to use Simply too but agree that they have definitely gone downhill since Thomsons merger.

We book independently now. We decide on the island/location and then search local websites for accommodation. IME, booking independently is much cheaper than packages - unless you are able to get fab last minute deal.

Flightwise - be sure to check out BA flights as we have found them to be substantially cheaper than easyjet on several occasions.

Simpson Travel is good and owned by chap who started Simply.

If you phone the people at Simpson, they are sooooooooo helpful. They really do know their properties and the areas around them. We managed to leave our DSs soft toys behind and they posted them back to us asap. Thank goodness

I just wish we could afford to go with them every year.
