Periyali Villas or Padre Aviles

Anyone been to either of the above...or anything similar? We're looking for a child friendly villa / apartment holiday in May within a 3 hour flight time. Want the likelihood of our DD (3 and a half) meeting other kids too, but we don't usually go for big hotels with kids clubs. Any ideas anyone?

Mousses, Lefkas? We're going back in May for the third time and have 3 little ones. Pool/bar very sociable if you want to be, children's club great too. Only some people use it, and normally just for morning sessions.

PS I really wanted to try Peryali this yr but DH vetoed as it was significantly more expensive!

We've been to Periyali, when it was still with Simply Travel. It has since gone back to Simpson and they're upgraded it so that each Villa has its own pool I believe, however i don't think thats necessary, we enjoyed sharing the communal ones, where there were tables and you could get lunch etc.

Mousses is probably slightly more basic accommodation and the Villa's less equipped but we've done Simply Travel 3 times in 3 other locations and enjoyed them all very much. There are some lovely beaches to be found a short drive to the NW coast of Lefkas, not far from Mousses.

Don't know if Simply Travel still have a location in Crete also but that was our favourite island to visit. (After Corsica, which they don't do anymore) We also preferred Crete to Zykynthos where Periyali is located.

We are going to Periyali mid May with a 3.5yr and a 2yr boy. I'll report back when we return. BTW, it is with Simpson Travel (not Simply).
