Getting from Gospel Oak to Kenwood House

We live really close to the Gospel Oak entrance of Hampstead Heath and I am wondering if anyone can provide me with directions to Kenwood as Icant seem to find a smple route acrossthe Heath.

Walk up the left hand side of Parliament hill and just keep following the path round, over a couple more hills, then ask someone!

(click on parliament hill to kenwood on the left to see their route - they recommend walking past the cafe then turn left and following the line of ponds all the way, which is probably more fool proof than my original suggestion)
