My Husband is from New Zealand and we are flying there in April so our son can meet his family.
Am dreading the 26 hour flight and the jetlag - any advice from anyone to make it easier?

Emma

It'll be hell
:)
But you'll never see the other passengers ever again!

Mine were all at the standing-all-the-time phase at that age, and my knees and arms took a pounding, but at least he'll sleep some of the flight. And if there are 2 of you, you can do tag parenting.

Take all his favourite toys on board and loads of drinks (after security) and snacks, and favourite pillow etc. You'll need plenty of changes of clothes for him (and prob for you).

No advice about the jet-lag, you just have to get through it.

But really, it'll be fine. And you'll go again and again (well, we have!)
