We went to Costa del Sol at Easter 2 yrs ago (Torremolinos and Marbella, a week each) and it was fab - weather excellent, not too hot, beaches not crowded, Semana Santa (???) ceremonies fascinating, just a really good holiday. Not that expensive either. The only drawback was that eg waterparks don't open until late May.

We went to Nerja on the Costa del Sol for Easter once. We saw some brilliant processions too.
