Cheap hotel/B&B in Central London?

I have been asked by a French relative to help organise a weekend trip to London for her daughter. She is on a very tight budget (under £80 for the hotel).

I need to find a double room for the one night in central london and finding it difficult (even Travelodge is over £100 a night). Do you have any recommendations?
