I think after endless deliberation and many hours spent researching on the internet, we may have whittled our choices down to these two.
We've decided we'd like AI this year (having done AI in Mexico and the Caribbean pre-children and found it incredibly relaxing just knowing there's no mahoosive bill awaiting us on checkout!) but finding a decent AI (which has restaurant options - I don't fancy being stuck with a buffet every night for two weeks!) in Europe is proving tricky. So - here we are, these are our two choices - I think, anyway - unless anyone else has any suggestions for 4/5* AI in Europe for less than £5k?
