Any one been to Centerparcs for new year?

Centerparcs Sherwood is an option for us next new year - we have looked and it is £699 for the fri,sat and sun night. (NYE is on a Sat next yr) in standard accomodation.Anyone been - got any advice - what are the prices of beer etc when you get there. Whagoes on on New Year, is the Winter Wonderland stil there and is it any good? Thanks wanna book up soon!

We have been to cps cumbria 2 yrs running at the end of nov,great for our los but accommodation seems very shabby and old, we upgraded this yr but was still no impprovement really,
we will prob go elswhere next year

We've been to Sherwood many times in woodland lodges and the accomodation is lovely.

How are you getting prices for new year next year I can only see 2012/2013 options on the site and even those it says are fully booked !

I just went onto the site and out in dates and I also rang and the prices were the same £699.Is it expensive once you get there and what are the new year events like?
