Where do you suggest abroad for New Year?

We want to book a week away next New Year. Leaving boxing day or day after. Criteria is family friendly, hot (hotter than here), not too many hours on plane, all inclusive, activities and less than 3K! 2 adults and 2 children, boys aged 7 and 11. We have looked at Tenerife,Las Palmas, Fuertureventura and Los Cristianos. Could you recommend anywhere?

Sensatori Tenerife is amazing. Lovely serene atmosphere but fantastic for kids at the same time. My DD was treated so well by the staff. The hotel is a Gran Meliá.
