Somewhere in August, but not scorching hot!!!

Taking parents with us and they don't do heat!!! So that's most of southern Europe out of the question!

Any recommendations for somewhere that will be t-shirt weather and warm enough for a dip in the pool/sea - but low risk of rain?

Austria or South Tyrol in Italy are lovely.

Lots of very family friendly hotels around there.

Have a look into Tenerife.
Lovely in the summer but not scortching hot.
