We are thinking of booking. Temps are early 30's but we're more concerned with the humidity.

Children are 4 and 1. Any thoughts?

Will be very hot. Are you sure its only going to be early 30's? I live close to Dubai and it is much hotter than that in June, more like 40's. I go to Dubai quite often with my DC (4 and 18 months) and wouldn't go June, normally will go Nov/Dec or February to Easter.
Try posing in 'living overseas' as there are lots of MNers in Dubai

I think it will be hotter than early 30's too. I know that it is the 'off' season there in the summer months, because of the heat.

We moved to Australia in a heatwave and my children were 5 and 2 and we found it very difficult. You probably wouldn't be able to sit next to the pool and things like that.

Umm i know it's October but it WILL be hotter than early 30's in June defo. Today at 10am it was 36 and we are just about going into the cool season. US schools finish here in Dubai at the very start of June, UK schools finish end of June and we are all very grateful. I know it will be cheqper then but really the heat is the reason. By July it will be upper 40's. And trust me the sea is hot and also if the pool doesn't have a chiller it will be hotter than a bath. Sorry.

I've been to Dubai end of May and it was 40s not 30s. Awful.

That was for work so no dcs with me. I've been to Egypt at Easter when they had unseasonably hot weather. Ds was 3.10. He was okay when the temp was 30s but couldn't cope when it was in the 40s and had to be carried everywhere. The same for other dcs in our group.

Ooooh ok, thank everyone, that's why I posted. The temps i got were off one of those average temp sites for the month so glad to hear from people who've actually dealt with it.

Back to the drawing board then.......
