Best websites for booking discounted hotels?

Trying to book a couple of nights in dublin, have my eye on a really nice hotel, trying to get the best deal

Usually use hotel connect, late rooms, expedia, alpha rooms, but they are all pretty much the same?

Any one have any wee gems?

We've had some right bargains, including £150+ a night hotel at weekend in london for £45 a night!

Bearing in mind it's Dublin, and the country is on its knees, I'd phone them directly and see what's the best they can do for you!

We used www.roomex.com recently and got a great deal.

They are actually an Irish company so well worth checking out.

lastminute.com is worth checking too, sometimes they have better deals than Laterooms.
