Your help needed with a survey for a travelling with tweens ebook project

If you travel with children aged 7-12, whether they are yours or nieces and nephews or grandchildren, I need your help!

I am a mother of an 11 year old boy and I am compiling an ebook about travelling with tween-aged children. I am doing market research with a survey here: www.surveymonkey.com/s/TravellingWithTweensSurvey

I did this (I'm bored) and think you should possibly have paid for it.
Also, you should have more options for answers that aren't either yes or no. A maybe would be a good addition.
