Playa Blanca in Lanzarote (La Goleta)

Has anyone been to La Goleta complex in Playa Blanca? I'm trying to find out if it's reasonable walking distance to the main village area.
I've a 3 year old but she's a great walker (me not so much lol).
If you've been would you recommend it & would you say villa with private pool or is the communal one quite good? All pics I've seen show no sun loungers round the communal pool (odd!)

My parents live on La Goleta. My Mum walked my baby in the pushchair so she could tell me how long it takes to get to the centre (!!!) It was one hour and 45 minutes!! There are no sun loungers by the communal pool but your villa would have loungers that you could take with you, although I'd always recommend you book a private pool then you don't have to go dragging sun loungers about!
