First Getaway with Baby - CenterParcs, or???

The three of us (me, Mum and 8 week old Ben) are now confident enough to think about going away for 4 nights (ooh!) but not confident enought to go outside the UK..

So... We've looked at CenterParcs for mid september - but they have very little availability - was wondering if anyone could recommend anything similar ... South of, say, Nottingham..

Not recommending anyway, but dont be too worried about taking DS away when he is so young. It is only now (DS 21mos) that I wish I had done so more myself. Its more hassle IMO as they get older (until of course they can do much more for themselves [insert hoping emotion])
