Baby change facilities in France?

Where do people change heir babies in France??! Have a baby with a very upset tummy and when we are out it is impossible to find even the most basic changing facilities. Am I missing a trick here?!

I found that in the South of France and in Paris I either did it on the pushchair or on park benches and everyone else seemed to do the same - not great for runny poo nappies though!

The supermarkets have very basic baby changing facilities but that's about it I think.
