Alton Towers / Thorpe Park / Chessington

Looking for a place to take the family for a celebration day out. What do you think about Alton Towers, Thorpe Park or Chessington for kids 3 and 6?

For the age of your DC's Chessington will be the best choice.

thanks. Also I forgot to add Lego Land 6yr old is huge on Lego, I've never been is it a similar type affair as Chessington?

Legoland is probably the best place for little ones although I just cant stand the place. TBH the lego part of it seems to have been a bit lost over the years.

Chessington has lots of rides for little ones, but there will still be stuff there that they wont be big enough for.
