Depends how long I've been feeling sick for I think. Probably about 30mins at worst but if I get back in a car it will come back sooner than when I first got in the car if that makes sense?

I'm only bad if I'm in the back seat of a car and it's a twisty road. I find listening to my ipod and looking out the window constantly helps. Not able to do that now DD wants my attention in the back so I try to stick to straight roads where possible Grin.

Boats on the other hand are a lost cause. Takes me about 3 days to get my sea legs!
