Hello, I'd date this as Silver hallmarked in Birmingham in 1893.

Oh that's great that it's still ticking. It was probably a gift from a workplace for good service. I've got an identical medal to the one of the end of your watch Albert.

I think they were a fairly generic style, I only know that the watch we had was for good service due to the engraving on the back of the medal. Does yours have anything written?
