Can't afford to go on the runs, but have ridden in the carriages they are using as they've borrowed them from the Bluebell Railway which we go on at least once a month

Really!? Didn't realise they'd borrowed them from there! Keep meaning to take dd on that one.

Next year (2014) the Bluebell are borrowing the loco as well as a thank you for the loan of the carriages.

If you're going to take DD wait til the summer when the extension into East Grinstead is completed & you'll get to go over the fabulous Imberhorne Viaduct.
