Who ruled in Holland after William of Orange became William III of England? Or was there a co-dominion with Holland?

On his wikipedia page the dates for end of his being Stadtholder/ Prince of Orange and King of England all end 1702 so he must have combined the roles and been good at delegating.

I have often wondered why we know so little about Holland, compared to France, when I think Holland is actually closer in distance? There has been some repression of the fact that William actually invaded in order to take over the throne.
