I am considering doing diploma in nursing starting next september. I know you receive a bursary but would have to put my dd in private nursery full time, i would not beeligible for tax credits as would no longer be working but would need help towards child care costs as they would be around 170 a week. I have looked on nhsbursary website and it says you will be assesed on dh income but doesnt say how much dh would have to earn not to get help. DH warns around 21000 a year, does anyone know if we would get child care paid on that income? Because at the minute i work part time and the nhs bursary would cover my earnings but tax credits pay our childcare at the minute, could not afford to pay pourselves.
