What is a diploma the equivalent of - I have recently completed a diploma in business

management but now I want a career change and would really like to get into soical work. Is this Diploma worth anything?

I have a Diploma which is equivilent to an NVQ Level 3. It got me onto a degree course.

The awarding body was the 'Chartered Management Institute' I think!

You'd need to check what level it is and then look at entry requirements for Social Work iehere to see whta exemptions you may get.
