I'm really sorry about this...but sometimes you just need to show off a bit and revel in feeling smug

And there aren't many opportunities to do it. After all I can't tell the school mums that I got 86% in my OU assignment can I? or even many of my friends... it just seems too self satisfied.

Tis true, I am self satisfied - but it doesn't do to reveal this does it!

Feel like a pig in clover...(so pleased...so very very pleased...ahhhhhh - contented sigh)

KatyMac · 21/01/2009 21:32

Wow - congratulations - it is such a sense of pride

HandleMeCarefully · 21/01/2009 22:22

Thanks

'Arts Past and Present' LadyGlen, but also starting 'Exploring History: Medieval to Modern' from February. What about you?

OP posts:
LadyGlencoraPalliser · 21/01/2009 23:54

I did Exploring History the year before last - it was my first course. Last year I did Reading Latin and The Professions in Early Modern England. This year I am just starting on Empire 1492-1975 and Culture and Identity in Europe.
Exploring History is good, but a little frustrating - just as you are getting into something you have to move on to something completely different.

Well done HMC.

I'm been so amazed and excited by my scores, I have had them as my facebook status!

goodasgold · 22/01/2009 00:07

Well done you.

The first two courses I did I didn't score above 70% in any TMA.

You should tell the school mums though, you might find some fellow scholars. I did when working in menial part time jobs.

Good luck and best wishes for the rest of your course.

CharCharGabor · 22/01/2009 00:11

Well done!

KatyMac · 22/01/2009 07:51

cornsilk · 22/01/2009 07:54

HSMM · 22/01/2009 08:11

I've been studying my coursework hard, watching the DVDs, etc and I have now got to TMA preparation. Read the TMA and thought .... Did I just study any of that??!! Anyway ... going back to read it all again, with the TMA in the other hand, which is what I should have done in the first place!

WELL DONE YOU

Karamazov · 22/01/2009 10:33
