Due to hear back after 15th Jan.. anyone know why?

I know with undergrad courses a lot of you have children who have heard back already and this was definately the case for undergrad courses when I was at school.

Awaiting a decision for post grad course, in Scotland (in case that makes a diff) but I've been told I won't hear back til after the 15th.

Do you think its just there way of doing things?

I don't know what I expect anyone to say but some reassurance would be great!

I think different departments do things at different times. I wouldn't worry, not everyone has heard yet & at least they've been in contact

I know 15 Jan is the deadline for UCAS undergraduate applications so may be it's the same for post grad too? Some universities don't make offers until after the deadline. Don't know if this helps!!
