OK, I have nearly finished this bloody course, so I have been given questions to answer to cover the final bits i need.
The questions are all on improving yourself- so training and development
I just cant get what is in my brain onto paper- this is the question:
What are the legal and organisational requirements on equality and diversity whn working with individuals to improve your knowledge and practice?
I know about the Human rights act, the rece relations act, etc etc, but how does it link in with the training and development. I have only got a few cm's space on the sheet, so dont think they want a long answer.
Hope someone can shed some light for me..
