Utility management companies for private university accommodation recommendations

Hello
Can anyone whose child in private uni accomodation used a Utility Management company please recommend them? A Utility Management company allows the tenants to pay the Utility Management company for their Utility bills as individuals rather than a group I think?

MyDS used Huddle. Mainly because it meant he/we weren’t liable for anybody else’s bills!
