Advice on revision resources for Biology, Chemistry and Maths A levels

Hi, I’m a mum of an A-level student who is planning to study Medicine in 2028. He is currently at a state school and is choosing Biology, Chemistry and Maths for A levels. I would really appreciate any advice on good revision websites and effective study methods for these subjects, especially how to start preparing from the beginning of the term. Thank you!

DC1 did these subjects plus Physics and got 4 xAstar. They always said the secret was to do lots of practice exam questions and be very familiar witb the exam specification.

My DD found Tailored Tutors very helpful for Biology. She was doing Edexcel A and there didn’t seem to be so many resources for that as for AQA.

Tailored Tutors have lots of videos that summarise the essential info very succinctly and there are accompanying mind maps that you fill in in conjunction with the videos. They also do predicted papers and past paper walkthroughs. She was completely overwhelmed by the huge amount of content in Biology and this really helped her to get an A.

Uplearn, if you're willing to pay. Turned my son's physics A level around after he spent a lot of Y12 coasting and enjoying himself (not recommended)

In the three months between mocks and final exams he moved 3 grades. It does take a lot of time, I'd recommend using it much earlier.
