Anyone doing an NVQ Level 4 health and social care apprenticeship?

Hello, is anyone doing their NVQ level 4 in health and social care, lead practitioner apprenticeship through their employer?

I’ve got a couple of questions. Like how on earth I’m meant to do it all in my own time 😂

I gave not done the NVQ but I taught BTEC Health and Social Care so I might be able to help with specific questions.
