Riego street student accommodation Edinburgh- Any experience or reviews?

My daughter will be studying Art at Edinburgh in the Lauriston building.
Riego street accommodation is the closest to the Art building and campus but some of the reviews I've read are fairly mixed to say the least!

Does anyone have any recent experience that they could share please?

DD's best friend has lived there this year and has enjoyed being there. It wasn't one of her top choices but actually it has been great - really good location and fairly cheap for Edinburgh.
It's not fancy at all, and the corridors are quite 'industrial' feeling (we visited her there so I have seen it), but the rooms are a decent size and the communal space seemed fine too.

Anyone else got any experience?
