Warwick University to merge with Coventry University.

I've just read that Warwick and Coventry Universities are to become a so called super university, West Midlands University from 2027. I'm amazed that Warwick would give up it's Russell group status. They site cost of local accommodation as reason.

False alarm. Apparently I've been caught out on an April Fool article by the Warwick gig.
