Scottish university fees for RUK students

I get conflicting info on whether RUK students pay tuition fees for 4th year of university in Scotland. Does anyone have current knowledge?

It varies by uni. Some do and some don't apparently.

Glasgow do pay 4 years now. I think at most they pay for 4 years. Some offer financial incentives to RUK. Mine gets an academic scholarship each year.
She was always having a yr abroad so it was 4 yrs England or Scotland.
