My daughter used last year in her shared house and will use again in her new flat this year. I think its great that it is all fixed cost and unlimited use - which is great from the point of view of budgeting but also not having to scrimp on washing/heating/cooking etc to keep costs down. When sharing with 6 it was 65 and now sharing with 2 and price inc on last year is 115 per month. They also allowed them to have individual direct debits for their share - avoiding the arguments over monies owed etc
