Study abroad Canadian student permit delays

Anybody’s YP applied for a study permit for Canada? Mine applied end of May when processing was 5 weeks. IRCC now says 9 weeks but we are long past that. Due to fly in a week and just at a complete standstill. IRCC web form is generic reply so absolutely no help. Just so frustrated!

Dd’s came through quite late, a few years ago now
