My son is going into Second year at uni and needs to get on to Student Finance to see what needs submitting. He is being locked out of his account as his login and password is not recognised. I tried calling to speak to an actual person after pressing a number of different options but when I got hold of someone they wanted speak to me (despite my having my son’s consent) as I had the incorrect password. They wouldn’t let me try again as they said I had to call back with each password attempt. But of course now I can’t remember the series of number options I pressed in order to get hold of a human being.
My son has been trying at his end too and we are both pulling our hair out. He has tried to set a new password online but their password reset email has not arrived in his email inbox or junk box. If anyone has either an email address or a phone number where we can speak to an actual human, I’d be most grateful.
