I think they have u til 15th or May to reply and already for four other good offers in the bag so now sweating but this is so annoying

DS only heard from his preferred option about 2 weeks ago. He’d sort of given up on it and the offer gave him a real boost. Agree not ideal, but that’s the system. Wasn’t Bristol.

Yes! It was his favourite from the start. Edinburgh which is notoriously late in giving out offers. Fingers crossed as it’s a very high offer…

My nephew is still waiting for Aeronautical Engineering at Bristol. It’s his top choice.

For what it’s worth, get your young people to check their spam. One of mine (applying for mech eng last year) eventually found an email from Bristol offering a swap to robotic engineering. He didn’t see it in time so got rejected instead. (Worked out fine for him, but would have been nice not to spend an extra six weeks wondering why nothing had happened.)
