what is the best current nursing manual ?

something that talks about nursing patients with varying things from
copd to hernias?
Does it exist?

Because years ago I considered returning to Nursing some collegues ( I just can't spell that word, lol) adviced me to get the "The Royal Marsden Hospital - Manual of Clinical Nursing Procedures" It's got pretty much everything in it, as far as I can see
