Bristol accommodation - where to advertise a room

My DS is sharing next year (a house in Clifton) and one of his housemates has dropped out because of failed exams. Does anyone have any tips on where to advertise the room/how to find a replacement student? Thanks in advance.

Maybe start with dept office noticeboards? and I'd tell the housing office as well because they will get enquiries.

Is there a form of student FB at Bristol?

I'm sure there will be stacks of people looking.

Your DS could sign up to the Nextdoor app, and join one of the local groups to advertise. (It's free.)

Thanks both, I’ve just picked this up after work.

Try TSR as well.

It's better to use student accommodation pages:

A non-student sharing a house has council tax implications.
