Manchester Uni Open Day

Doing it today with DD for law.

She’s 2024 entry and MU is her insurance and she never managed to make her offer holder day. She wants to get a feel of the uni and city although I expect that an open day isn’t quite the same as on offer holder day.

How did yours find the open day? Anything she should be looking out for?

We didn't visit Manchester when we were doing the rounds. How has your DD found it so far?

She really likes the city and the fact that campus is so close.

Head of law was very passionate about his department and chimed with her view that in addition to a good programme you are more likely to thrive if you have a good social life and enjoy the city in which you live.

Thought it was a very productive trip.
